Job Description
Candidate should have knowledge of following IT Task:
• Strong knowledge in Windows server 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019/2022, Server hardware, SAN, NAS, Virtualization & Troubleshooting of Servers
• Knowledge of File Server ACL, Resource Manager, FSRM & Firewall.
• Strong Knowledge of DC / ADC / AD / Group Policy / DNS, and domain migration.
• Patching of all Windows Server & Endpoints.
• Expertise in IIS management, IIS logs review & IIS error troubleshooting.
• Support the following technologies: Server, Desktops, laptops, printers, basic LAN/WAN connectivity and virtualization
• Good Knowledge of Backup architecture & policy.
• Should have knowledge of IIS, DNS, DHCP, Mail Server, DR, BCP & Domain hosting.
• Maintaining the documentation related to respective Domains.
• Good communication skills, Teamwork, ITIL Knowledge, Awareness of all IT Process.
