**What will your job look like?**:
- Install, configure, and maintain Unix/Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, AIX, etc.)
- Manage and support VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Automate routine tasks using shell scripting or configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
- Ensure system security and compliance with internal and external standards
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
