Synapse Demand Generation Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of pipeline-driving activity across our IT Managed Services brand. This is a pivotal role that sits at the centre of our demand generation engine — coordinating activity across channels, owning specific demand gen workstreams end-to-end, and ensuring every pound spent, lead generated, and opportunity created is tracked, measurable and contributing to our pipeline creation targets.

The role suits someone who operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our CRO, Solution Manager, SDR Manager, Partner Alliance lead, sales leaders and Account Executives to ensure marketing activity directly drives commercial outcomes, establishing joint demand generation activity with partners such as Dell, Druva, Microsoft, and the wider partner ecosystem to reach shared pipeline goals.
