Job Description
Our client is seeking skilled SWISS CNC Machinists to join its growing precision medical device manufacturing team. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate SWISS CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance throughout production runs
- Inspect machined parts to blueprint specifications
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring equipment
- Make wear offsets and dimensional adjustments independently
- Change tooling and monitor tool life
- Troubleshoot minor machining issues
- Complete inspection documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
- Blueprint reading ability
- Precision inspection experience
- Experience making offsets independently
- Tool change experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Shift flexibility required — confirm before submission
