Position Details

Full-time – Permanent, estimated start ASAP. Work location: 140 Advance Blvd, Unit 6, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 4Z8, with travel to various client locations throughout the GTA.

Job Description

• Prepare production and other reports
• Supervise workers and projects
• Co‑ordinate and schedule activities
• Set up machines and equipment
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Leading/instructing individuals
• Technical execution (fiberglass pool installs)
• Lead excavation, base prep, pool set, leveling, and backfill sequencing
• Coordinate and assist with plumbing rough‑ins and trade coordination as needed
• Track consumables and tool needs, report low inventory before it becomes an emergency
