Swim Team Coach

The Frank J. Thornton Aquatic Family YMCA is seeking a part time, experienced swim team coach for our swim team! This part time position starts at $15.00 per hour.

DUTIES of a Swim Team Coach

This position is responsible for providing workouts, instructions, motivation, and support to our swim team. Focus should be on creating a safe and fun environment. This position serves as the primary coach on deck during team practices and is expected to lead practices 2-4 nights a week.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Swim Team Coach
