Swim School Teacher

Ardingly College Swim School is seeking to appoint an experienced Swimming Teacher to provide weekend swimming and/or ad hoc weekday sessions (as required by the Swim School Manager). The role includes providing lessons for all ages and abilities.

Candidates should have a high level of experience in teaching Swimming, excellent class programming and instructing skills and a sound knowledge of the safety requirements needed to deliver lessons. The candidate should be self-motivated, have the ability to work well in a busy team environment and be able to communicate effectively with swimmers, parents and fellow teachers. 

Our swimmer development programme follows the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS) and as such you must be qualified to ASA Level 2 or equivalent as a minimum.
