Swim Instructor/Lifeguard

Responsibilities

• Teach children 4 months to 12 years old water safety and swimming techniques using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Provide positive reinforcement to students.
• Communicate students’ progress to parents.
• Maintain safety in the pool as lifeguard.
• Administer first aid when necessary.
• Respond to emergencies in and around the pool.

Qualifications

• Must be lifeguard and CPR/AED certified.
• Patient and able to work with children of all ages.
• Considerate, genuinely caring, and consistent.
• Responsible and able to uphold safety standards.
