Responsive recruiter Job Title: Swim InstructorReports to: Deck SupervisorFLSA Status: Part time, Non-ExemptSummary: We’re looking for a patient, energetic, and student-centered Swim Instructor to bring our curriculum to life in the water. This role is where the magic happens - you’ll teach kids foundational water safety and swim skills, build genuine connections with students and their families, and take real ownership of each child’s progress. If you love working with kids, communicate naturally with parents, and find energy in watching someone conquer something hard, this role is built for you.Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum with consistency, energy, and a focus on student growth.
Enforce safety rules and regulations on the pool deck daily to prevent accidents and maintain a secure environment.
Accurately evaluate student progress and complete skill evaluations on time.
