Shift Schedule: 1st Mon-Fri.
Hours: 7:30 AM-4:00PM Overtime as required...
Advance Services has an exciting new opening for a Sweetcorn Technician in Stanton, MN!
Job Duties:
- Organization of seed inventory, packaging of seed, supervised application of seed treatment, seed packet organization.
- Mechanical planting of fields, staking of plots, tissue sample gathering, hand pollination, hoeing of weeds, hand harvest of corn ears.
- Yield Accelerator Buildings (mini cannery 2 months approx during harvest)
- Light cleaning of work areas, detail oriented, accurate entry, Computer data entry. Be willing to work in a busy environment. Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Working in an agriculture environment and may be exposed to pollen, dust, and environmental situations. Can be offsite locations.
