Responsibilities Build and operate an on-premises LLM-based Code Agent workflow infrastructure (orchestration, tool registry, permissions, audit logs) Integrate agents with enterprise systems (e.g., Slack, Jira/Confluence, CRM/ERP, internal DBs) via APIs/webhooks Implement reliability patterns: retries, timeouts, idempotency, fallbacks, and human‑in‑the‑loop handoff Establish evaluation & observability: regression tests, task success metrics, monitoring, and incident response playbooks Optimize developer and automation pipelines using open‑source tools and agent APIs (cost/latency/quality tuning) Qualifications Proven experience shipping LLM/agent workflows to production used by real users or real operations (evidence: demo, repo, write‑up, architecture) Hands‑on experience with Lang Graph, n8n, Open AI Agents SDK, or similar agent/workflow orchestration tools Experience building LLM‑powered automation or developer tooling (e.g., code agents, internal platforms, workflow engines) Stron...
