Job Summary

Lead and oversee regional commercial banking operations, including business lending, deposits, treasury services, customer relationship management, and staff performance. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, profitability, and operational success across the region. Supervise, mentor, and support management teams and commercial banking staff while ensuring achievement of production, revenue, portfolio, and customer service goals.

Manage commercial loan origination activities, underwriting coordination, portfolio performance, credit quality, and compliance with banking policies and procedures.
