The Senior Vice President (SVP), Benefits will lead the development and execution of the Benefits group captive strategy, driving growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across the benefits portfolio. This role will focus on strategic initiatives, including client servicing, operational improvements, technology investments, and cross-functional collaboration.
