Sustainability Tutor - Practical, Youth-Focused Learning

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sustainability Tutor to join our delivery team, to deliver our new ‘Step into Sustainability’ study programme. This programme is a personalised study pathway, combining life skills with practical sustainability learning, with emphasis on independence, employability and progression.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability and recent experience working with young people with a range of educational needs. You should be able to evidence a strong link to or recent experience of sustainability/environmental and/or land-based practices and real‑world application.

Responsibilities

The role involves delivering a tailored and inclusive sustainability curriculum that supports practical, learner‑centred and contextualised learning, ensuring that learners have the tools and confidence progression.
