Sustainability Specialist

Responsibilities:

You will support our Global Sustainability team in delivering on a growing portfolio of regulatory, reporting, and customer requirements. Working closely with two senior experts based at our headquarters in Germany, you will take ownership of data-related and preparatory tasks across the full sustainability landscape. Your work enables the team to focus on expert-level analysis and stakeholder communication.

Tasks:

• Collecting, consolidating, and preparing sustainability data from internal sources and external suppliers (e.g., for CSRD/ESRS reporting, Carbon Accounting, CBAM, PCF calculations)
• Preparing and maintaining submissions on platforms such as EcoVadis, CDP, NQC SupplierAssurance, RSCI, and Catena-X
• Supporting supplier engagement processes for due diligence frameworks (LkSG, CSDDD, EUDR), including data requests, documentation, and follow-ups
