Your Role
Event Logistics Support
- Assist in venue setup (registration table, banners, materials)
- Prepare and organize event kits (IDs, tokens, handouts)
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Support ingress/egress management during events
- Document logistical issues and recommend improvements
- Take event photos and document highlights
- Prepare post-event documentation (attendance, photos, feedback)
- Assist in drafting event summaries or reports
- Organize files for audit/compliance reference
