Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and present sushi dishes to mid to senior levels of excellence.

Work collaboratively in a quality-driven, high-volume restaurant environment.

Follow the guidance of the Master Japanese Sushi Chef during the restaurant's opening phase.

Receive mentorship, training, and exposure to authentic Japanese sushi techniques.
