This role provides competitive hourly pay and a substantial sign-on bonus for new hires. Duties Prepare operating rooms, ensuring all necessary surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies are sterilized and readily available. Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operations by handing instruments and supplies. Maintain a sterile environment throughout the surgical procedure. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure efficiency and patient safety. Comp & Benefits Hourly Rate: $33/hr. Procedural Differential: $1/procedural differential.
