**Job Summary:**

Key Responsibilities:

+ Schedule patient visits, including completing data entry in Epic and preparing all necessary documentation within the medical record for the physician to review.
+ Determine if there will be any insurance pre-authorization needed, and mail information packets to patients as necessary.
+ Obtain referrals and authorizations as necessary for all clinic patient encounters, procedures, and surgeries.
+ Preauthorize procedures and surgeries.
+ Triage new patient referrals (fax and phone); email out new patient information.
