Surgery - Neurosurgery Physician Assistant

Our client in Bronx, NY is seeking a full-time physician assistant to join their neurosurgery team! New graduates with a strong desire to work in neurosurgery will be considered. Looking for someone that can start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Full-time position. 3 12-hour day shifts.
• Perform first-assist duties in the OR
• Rounding on hospital inpatients
• Patient histories, physical examinations, patient workups
• Management of post-operative patients
• Treat patients in the clinic

Qualifications:

• New graduate with ties to the area and applicable rotations
• PA with neurosurgery or other surigcal experience
• Active New York Physician Assistant License
• DEA License
