Surgery - General Physician

• Seeking a board certified/board eligible General Surgeon.
• Joining two general and one colorectal surgeon
• Anticipated call 1:3
• Employed position, hospital-owned practice
• Single-site practice with no commute
• Level III Trauma Center
• Broad scope of practice - bread and butter plus basic trauma, plastics, vascular, head and neck, colorectal, common bile duct explorations
• Up to 30% endoscopy - screening colonoscopies, EGDs, PEGs, advanced polypectomies
• Mentorship and training available

Compensation. The Starting Salary Is $25,000 To $50,000 More Compared To Starting Salaries In El Paso, TX. Coupled With A Cost Of Living Of 20% Lower Than The Aforementioned Metropolitan Areas, Provides Significant Purchasing Power To Build Their Dream Home, Payoff School Loans And Retire Early.
