We are looking for a Surf Specialist who is passionate about the ocean, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring the highest safety standards during every surf experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a surf instructor or surf guide.
• Strong knowledge of ocean conditions, tides, currents, and water safety.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Advanced / Fluent English (required).
