Summary:


The Psychiatric Technician Supervisor is a member of the Interdisciplinary team that works under the direction of the clinical manager and clinical director. This person interfaces with other members of the treatment team to create a safe and therapeutic environment in which patients are supported in achieving their treatment goals. The Psychiatric Technician Supervisor is a mentor and role model for all unit staff and responsible for overseeing a therapeutic milieu using Acadia’s Philosophy of Care.
