JOB OVERVIEW

The position is responsible for production and quality with focus on productivity and building systems. Getting involved in producing new products. Coordinate with operators and engineers to implement TEOA tools. To ensure 5S+1 level at all times at highest level. Maintaining shop discipline is more essential

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.Responsible for issuing production orders to floor.
2.Upkeeping the Stamping machines in running conditions.
3.Ensure availability of stamping materials on time for production.
4.Responsible for head count allocation in shop.
5.Escalate production stoppages to all concerned stakeholders.
6.Ensure timely delivery of production orders.
7.Educate and train operators.
8.Multi skilling among the operators.

10.Drive TEOA culture in shop floor
