SUPV HR SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT)

Summary You will serve as a SUPV HR SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/CLASSIFICATION) in the BUSINESS DIRECTORATE of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC. Responsibilities You will direct staff in preparing, tracking and coordination of hiring requests from initiation to final processing. You will develop suspense tracking systems and establish coordination of Requests for Personnel Action (RPA). You will review historical recruitment practices and local labor market conditions to develop and provide sound staffing strategies. You will recommend various personnel actions including promotions and reassignments.
