Position Summary

Inclusion West Niagara (IWN) is currently seeking a Supported Group Living Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of two of our Supported Group Living locations—eventually expanding to include up to three programs. The initial assignment(s) are homes supporting people with complex behavioural needs and mental health needs through evidence‑based, person‑centred approaches. The successful candidate will need to be proficient in leading a team through mentorship and use sound judgement in high stress situations. Additional program oversight will be added as the service area grows.
