Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Rotherham.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities
• Provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities
• Carry out tasks to support independence and well‑being

Qualifications & Requirements

• Genuine passion for supporting others
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities
• All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references

Contract & Working Hours

All services are 24‑hour care. Rotas are prepared at least four weeks in advance to allow you to plan your personal and social life.
