Job Overview

We have strong values and we are proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over 100 national and regional awards! Three people we support live at this service, and they enjoy activities such as swimming, hot tubs, cinema, playing with stones, motorsport, adapted bikes and going out in the community. It is a real advantage if you have a full UK manual driving licence, as the people we support have a specially adapted vehicle that we would like you to drive. The team are trained in medication and epilepsy, and also provide assistance with personal care. The team are all able to cook and follow SALT guidelines. The service leader and staff team are very happy to support with upskilling the right candidates. Ongoing training and support is provided.
