Support Worker

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team and provide a person centred, needs led service to adults with a learning and/or physical disability at Rose Lodge.

We use a person-centred approach focusing on supporting people to make their own choices, follow their own interests and gain independence. We empower people to choose how they want to live their life.

Main purpose of the role of Support Worker

• To effectively work with your colleagues to promote the health, independence, choice, respect, dignity, rights, safety and welfare of the residents at all times. To act in a professional manner as a representative
• To work as part of a team with all your colleagues.
• To provide personal care to all clients, promoting independence and respecting their dignity at all times.
• To complete all daily, weekly and monthly records and documentation as required.
