Support Worker

Full Time support worker 35-40 hrs per week required. Due to recent expansion Aspiring Lives Ltd are looking for support workers who have skills and experience in managing clients with autism. If this is you then please apply, you will be welcome as part of a growing team. A new position is now available to join Aspiring Lives Ltd to support a lady in the Whitegate area, of Winsford who has Autism and ADHD to live a full and meaningful life within the community.

Aspiring Lives supports individuals to access a range of services whilst protecting and maintaining their dignity and health and welfare.

The support worker will follow plans of care and risk assessments to ensure that the care is safe, effective, caring and responsive to the individual's needs.

There will be opportunities to influence and improve the individual's life through care planning and activity planning whilst working with the Registered Manager and the family.
