In order to be considered you must have experience in all of the below as a minimum.

• 2 Years experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
• A calm and approachable manner
• Be willing to participate in activities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Precise record keeping
• Personal Care and hygiene
• Meal Preparation
• Moving and handling
• Buckle Training and or certificated awareness
• Nappi Level 2 or PMVA training up to date
• A clear DBS

You should enjoy your work and have a can-do attitude with a bright and approachable nature. You should have an empathy with people and an adaptable approach to your chosen career. You will be able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenging times and always find solutions through combined working and shared ethos.
