About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Townsville, supporting a new client in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment. This role involves working within a 24/7 care model including sleepover shifts and is ideal for someone confident in managing high or complex behaviours. You will play a vital role in creating a stable, safe, and supportive home environment while promoting the client’s independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily support with living tasks, including meal preparation, cleaning, personal care (as required), and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Assist the client with Community Access, such as appointments, activities, and social participation.
