About Your New Role

You'll be assisting our clients with complex needs in the Toowoomba region and surroundings. With casual positions available, you will be joining our team of support workers that drive our frontline services, delivering exceptional care and innovative strategies to help clients reach their full potential. Each day will be unique, but shifts may include assistance with mental health challenges, personal care, household duties, and medication management. Above all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships.

About You

• Excels in complex support environments, including Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access
• Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders
