Support Worker

We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker you will help people to gain more independence in their daily lives, work within a dynamic team, and support a fantastic group of people in a welcoming residential service in Middlesbrough. You will teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage access to local communities, socialise and organise a variety of activities.

Responsibilities

You will support residents in daily activities, promote independence, provide personal care, facilitate community participation, supervise activities such as cooking, watching films, arts and crafts, and help them achieve personal goals like cooking meals or planning holidays.
