We have two positions available for the right candidiates who can lead a team of support workers in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or other support requirements within a supported living setting.

The Team Leader will ensure services are delivered in line with regulatory standards, internal policies, and the values of our organisation.
