We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Supported Living team, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives within their local community.
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, helping them develop independence, achieve personal goals, and maintain their wellbeing. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.

* Support individuals with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and managing appointments.
