We are seeking warm and caring individuals to join our friendly staff team in South Shields, South Tyneside. In this role you will support adults with learning disabilities to live full, fun, and active lives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker your duties will include providing person‑centred care and support to help clients reach personal goals, assisting with personal care and medication, attending appointments, supporting with meal planning and preparation, and ensuring access to local activities and community participation, including trips out, supporting events within services, and promoting local social opportunities.
