We are recruiting a Support Worker to join our service in Plymouth, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Whether you’re new to care or experienced, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding, long-term career - any truly make a difference!
Rockville is a wheelchair accessible building. The people we support will require hoisting and physical support and have complex needs including Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, Autism, ADHD, Neurological Conditions, Acquired Brain Injuries, complex medical needs and challenging behaviours.
Service User Interests
The people we support enjoy a wide range of activities, and Support Workers play a vital role in enabling these experiences, including:
Arts and crafts
Days out such as Theme Parks, Meals out, Social activities, Christmas markets etc.
Holidays and short breaks
Walks in the local park and community
