About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Care and Support Worker to join our community-based service in Mertstham, Surrey. The person needs to have enthusiasm for bikes and outdoor activities. We support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live independently within their own homes or with family.

Our support workers spend meaningful time with the people they support, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Building strong, trusting relationships is at the heart of what we do, as the connection between a client and their support worker is key to achieving positive outcomes.
