Support Worker - Part Time

About the role

Radis Community Care is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join a small, person-centred team supporting a client in the Upton area.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful one-to-one support relationships and providing consistent, respectful care that promotes independence and quality of life.

About the individual you’ll be supporting

You will be supporting a client who requires hoisting, PEG feed, and some other nursing tasks. All training will be provided.

 Shift pattern

• Times of care visits: 9:30am-11:30pm, and 3pm-5pm
• 4 hour social call once a week on Mondays
• Alternating weekends
• You may also pick up extra shifts if you wish within our services in the area
