Job Overview

We are looking for Support Workers to join our team at Cygnet Taunton. Cygnet Hospital Taunton provides acute inpatient admissions service for men and women and a specialist inpatient service for men diagnosed with a learning disability. A new neuro‑cognitive service line for men is coming soon.

Day To Day

£13.45 per hour, 38.5 hours a week in a mental health setting with service users. You will be required to work shifts, including nights and weekends, and to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users, patients & residents.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
