 We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury to live in their own homes.
 We'd like you to join us as a  Support Worker  at our brand new clients care package, at their home based in  Cardiff. 
  When you'll be working: 
 2 or 3 Nights shifts per week
 8pm until 8am
 Part Time (24, 36 hours a week) 
 With additional hours if willing to work days (8am until 8pm)
