Role overview:
- Key working a caseload of clients across the area, you’ll be given the trust to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
- Working from home, the office and out in the community, you’ll work proactively to achieve positive outcomes and goals outlined by individuals, by using a creative approach tailored to each person’s needs
- You’ll have chance to broaden or strengthen your skills in supporting a range of complex of needs, including housing crisis, substance misuse, complex mental health, ACEs, offending behaviour etc.
- You’ll develop/strengthen your understanding of ACEs, and will work with a trauma informed approach and in a physiologically informed environment
- Further enhance your relationship building and partnership working skills, by promoting your services and working closely relevant local agencies such as the local authority, specialist charities, education and traini...
