Support Worker

Bare Hall Quality Carers are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and caring individual to join our friendly, caring and supportive team.

Qualifications and Experience

We require a minimum of 1 year of care experience. Knowledge of working with individuals with Autism, Asperger's, Acquired Brain Injury and Learning Difficulties is an advantage, though not mandatory.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their own flat
• Conduct night time observations if needed
• Administer medication as required
• Support clients with special needs listed above

Training and Development

All staff receive a full induction and ongoing refresher training. Paid shadow shifts are also offered.
