Job Title: Support Worker

Reports to: Service Manager

Salary Range:
– Day rate: £12.35 per hour
– Sleep in rate: Paid at current National Minimum Wage (NMW)
– Waking nights: £12.55 per hour/night
– Training required: Paid at current NMW

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 5 days over a 7-day period, with varying shift patterns as agreed with the Care Coordinator.

Location: Solihull
