Support Worker

Hawthorn House is a residential for adults with learning disabilities, currently has a vacancy for a 28hr Support Facilitator post.

Candidates are required to have a positive proactive approach and a desire to make a positive difference to the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Candidates need to be available to cover morning and afternoon shifts, plus weekends and bank holiday. For this they receive an increment of 10.6%.

• Maintaining dignity and supporting with intimate/personal care
• Following dietary care plans and supporting individuals with eating and drinking
• Supporting with manual handling of people
