Support Worker

£13.00 per hour – Full‑Time, Part‑Time – Blackpool, Lancashire.

Creative Support are looking for warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join our Dual Diagnosis service in Blackpool. The role supports individuals with mental health needs, drug and alcohol misuse, complex needs and offending history, providing quality recovery support and helping them access services that improve their physical, emotional and financial wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Medication prompting/oversight.
• Assisting with domestic living tasks.
• Record keeping and support plan writing for service users.
• Support individuals to access other services that benefit their wellbeing.
• Work flexibly, including daytimes, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, lone working and shift sleeps as required.
