Support Worker

• Deliver excellent person‑centred support in an innovative, flexible, responsive, and strengths‑based manner.
• Act as a Link Worker for the people we support by contributing to the on‑going assessment, development, delivery, and review of person‑centred support plans.
• Administer medication and support with personal care.
• Deliver the manual handling requirements including use of equipment, physical intervention skills, and active participation in person‑centred activities. This role will require an enhanced DBS check and a pre‑employment health assessment as part of the onboarding process.

You will be expected to work flexibly across the week according to business need, undertaking a range of shifts that may include weekend and bank holiday working, early morning, evenings, split shifts, and sleep‑in duties.
