Support Worker Full Time

Role Overview

You will support the same two or three people in their own homes. There are no care calls and you won’t be rushing between visits. Your day is focused on the person you support.

You will get to know what helps them and what does not, what a good day looks like, what they want to do, who they want to see and what they find hard. If they do not feel like going out today, you will have the time and the trust to work out what makes sense instead.

Shift patterns are built around the person you support, so we will work with you to find a pattern that fits your life too.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one support to 2–3 residents in their own homes.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care plans and observations.


• Monitor and respond to changes in mood, behaviour and health.


• Assist residents with daily living activities as required.
