We’re looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team, supporting a young adult living just outside Dorchester. You’ll be providing 1:1 community-based support helping them take part in meaningful activities, stay active, and grow in confidence.This is a fun and rewarding role where your relationship with the person you support really matters.

About the person you’ll be supporting:

They are a sociable and friendly person in their early twenties who thrives on routine, humour, and connection. They enjoy spending time outdoors, all things gardening, music, festivals, swimming, and trying new foods. They are also keen to build up their volunteering and community involvement. They’re happiest when outside in nature, doing things they enjoy, they need support to safely access...
